Class Experience
Join us for Yoga Sprouts, a 25-minute enchanting journey through movement, mindfulness, and creative play, designed specifically for children ages 4-6. In this playful and interactive class, young yogis will explore basic yoga poses, engage in fun and imaginative activities, and learn valuable mindfulness techniques. Our sessions are crafted to encourage children to interact, be silly, and express themselves freely while developing important skills such as balance, coordination, and relaxation. Each class is an adventure where little ones can sprout and grow, both physically and emotionally, in a nurturing and magical environment.
Other Things To Know
Adults are welcome to join in whenever it feels fitting, for all Seeker classes (ages 4-6) .
How To Participate
Attend class via Zoom video
This class will be hosted on Zoom video conferencing platform. You will receive an email 30 minutes before class starts with a link to the class and access instructions. We recommend you make sure your device is up to date and meets all system requirements before class.

About Gaia's Little Guardians By Goddess Unlocked
Gaia's Little Guardians is a youth program offered by Goddess Unlocked, designed to integrate spirituality with holistic education. Though it operates under Goddess Unlocked, it has a separate website to focus specifically on children and young teens. Our classes range from imaginative adventures for Seekers (ages 4-6) and engaging spiritual practices for Voyagers (ages 7-10), to advanced spiritual practices for Navigators (ages 11-15), fostering a deep connection with nature and self-awareness.
