Class Experience
Come and enjoy this exciting new art experience. Pencil drawing, acrylic, pastels, or any water-based paint media is allowed. Bring your sketch pad or anything else that is in your artist’s kit that you may prefer. What you do not have, may be provided by the art instructor. Beginners are welcome as well as the more experienced. Each student receives individual attention with their unique projects using the medium of their choice. Learn about shadows, shading and developing your style. Enjoy new friendships while exploring the world of art.
Sample Class Format
- Students may attend for 1 month or the whole semester
- Bring whatever projects you'd like guidance working through
- Instructor will provide project suggestions if student is at a loss as to "what's next" to level up in their abilities

- Cancelations made prior to 7 days before the first class are eligible for a full refund, credit, or transfer to another class.
- Changes made within 7 days may be eligible for an account credit or transfer.
- No refunds after the start of class

- Students bring materials they'd like to work with. Please contact us for instructor contact to obtain suggestions toward specific supplies in a specific media.

Elizabeth is wonderful. She knows her stuff and introduced drawing concepts in understandable, beginner-friendly ways. Having pencils and erasers provided was also valuable to try things out I wouldn’t have wanted to buy myself before knowing what they did and why I’d need them.
Improvements:
Class could be 1.5 hours.

Completely tailored to my child’s interest and goals! Gena doesn’t just go through the motions of teaching drawing technique. She brings in ideas specific to my child’s goals. And she is great about motivating and inspiring the creative process with different techniques, including addressing how to cultivate a mindset of creativity, daily habits and practices, and a focus on building skills and techniques. She’s great with my teenager! Very calm but fun! Highly recommend.
Improvements:
Move the center closer to Austin so it’s not as far from us! 😉
