Class Experience
Our popular Music Immersion class is the perfect building block for our early learners to become immersed in a little bit of everything musical, from steady beat, basic rhythmic and tonal patterns to an introduction to piano, ukulele, and singing, to music history, world music, pop music and more.

Class Requirements
- Policies for Musikgarten, Music Immersion and Pre-Instruments:
- Cancellation: Don't be deterred by the long-looking "semesters". Only one month's notice is required to stop or pause via e-mail to info@naptownsings.com.
- Registration Fee: A $35 registration fee will be assessed when you register and annually on September 1st. This will cover your registration and your instrument pack for the class! If you register for the holiday session and roll over into January, your registration fee is waived!
- Missed Classes: If you have to miss your own class, you may make it up. See the Missing Classes section of our policies page.
- If you join mid-month, your fee will be pro-rated.
- Days Off: Your teacher may take up to 4 days off during the year, and you will occasionally have a substitute. You may join another class the week of an off day, but if you can’t make it, don’t stress. The days off are already calculated into your flat-rate monthly fee.
- Inclement Weather: On inclement weather days, please check your e-mails and social media. If it is unsafe to drive to the studio, we will hold classes virtually! A link will be sent to your e-mail.

Other Things To Know
Parents may join in with their child, watch from the sidelines, wait in the lobby, or even go run errands. Every child has different needs. We do ask that you are present the first class to be sure your child is OK being left with their teacher.

I love the fact that students get a chance to play different instruments in one class. Plus, they even get a chance to learn music notes.
Improvements:
Since my child is so young and we are new, I would have loved to see markers on the carpet to help students figure out where they should sit during practice time.
