Class Experience
This class explores themes related to self-identity, social justice, and making meaning through movement. Students are given the tools to generate their own choreography and build skills around the critical analysis and dance artistry. Students develop a piece throughout the semester that brings light to current events and explores what young dancers have to say about our world today.
Class Requirements
- Students must be currently registered members of DCII or DCI

Improvements:
The entrance sign was kind of blocked by the construction around the building. I’m sure it will improve after.

Grace first two mornings were hard for her. Her ballet instructor was receptive to conversation and she was eager the rest of the week to learn.
Improvements:
The girls had no improvement suggestions.
