Class Experience
This class gives a great pop to both classical ballet and hip hop dance. It focuses on building fundamental dance principals of rhythm, poise, choreography and confidence. This class will elevate your dancer to a place where they can confidently move and groove to brilliant beats, popular in our culture. Find your rhythm! Five, six, seven, eight...
Notes
*Our outdoor studio on the grass area at Clover Park. Please turn at 26th Street to find the parking lot, close to the bathrooms and basketball court.
*Adults who are not vaccinated are still required to wear a face covering as mandated by the City of Santa Monica. We take precautions to help students stay spaced. All students are required to sanitize their hands before and after class. All props and mats will be sanitized between classes.
*Please bring your own yoga mat to class when possible.
***Monthly tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE and is processed on the 1st of the month.
*Cancellation Policy: Please email by the 20th of the month to cancel monthly classes, though we can't guarantee your place in class will be saved. NO REFUNDS, NO CREDITS.

Monthly classes are nonfundable and we require written notice by the 20th of the month to cancel for the upcoming month.

Such a great way to introduce little kids to dancing! The classes are well led and tailored to the age...and the instructors we've had are all lovely, know how to work with kids and get them excited. I'd definitely recommend Dance with Miss Alice!

Miss Haley is wonderful and so friendly! The dancing/copying with music was my daughter’s favorite part.
Improvements:
Wish there was more standing/dancing under the tent and/or another class option for the older kids who are able to follow instructions - Ms Haley works so hard to keep such a varied group together!

Fun outdoor group activity.
Improvements:
Was not impressed with Miss Anna. She was late, not organized and not very engaged with the kids. Loved Miss Dani. She is wonderful with the kids, very interactive and engages at their level.

Many things! All the teachers have great connection with the ballerinas. The change ups during class of activities (mat time, dancing in pairs without or without the teacher, free style dance, opportunities to do a "do over!" good choices of music, lots of opportunities to learn dance moves, social skills, and following instructions!
Improvements:
Add mirrors! JK!
