Class Experience
Our volunteer Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Program aims to train participants to be effective leaders and to understand the necessary qualities and responsibilities required to be a camp counselor. iCAMP enables all program participants with the tools to be leaders in the camp setting and the community at large. Participants will gain experience by observing and working with campers. CITs expand their leadership skills by shadowing counselors, assisting instructors during various activities and workshops and also by mentoring campers during their passion project time. Sign up is by the week with a one-week minimum!

Lyra always seems to be excited to tell us about class.
Improvements:
Include lessons either after class or prior to class so we are aware of what the kids are doing. Today she said you did a volcano that erupted and filled all the classrooms with lava, which I assume is mostly false. :-)
