On Learn. Play. Grow. Saturdays, families are invited to join Corlears School subject teachers for fun, engaging, and on-theme activities that rotate each week.

May 17, 2025: Summer Camp

About Learn. Play. Grow.
This activity is offered free as part of Corlears School's Learn. Play. Grow. initiative, introduced in October 2021. In founding this initiative, our mission has been to offer our expertise and facilities alongside a coalition of community-minded businesses and organizations in the effort to create broader inclusion and access for families in our diverse city.
Equity, access, and belonging are core to who we are as a school and organization, and we have 50+ years of experience fostering through through play at the early childhood and elementary levels. Learn. Play. Grow. is also part of a larger initiative that includes shifting many aspects of the traditional independent school model, including the Tuition Equity and Access Model (TEAM), which has changed the paradigm from financial aid to equitable tuition level-setting for all Corlears families.
LPG Cancellation Policy:
Please note that space is limited; if you're not able to attend your scheduled event, please cancel your registration in good time so that other families may have the chance to attend. If you're having trouble, please email lpg@corlearsschool.org and we'll take care of it for you. Thank you for your understanding!
LPG Parent/Caregiver Policy:
While there are drop-off activities available for your child, grownups must stay on-site at Corlears School for the entire length of your child's scheduled activity. You may use this time to connect with other grownups, or take part in full-family programming.

My son and I visited Corlears in May. Right away, we felt very welcomed, and felt that the staff was very excited to welcome children for a day of fun. My son had a great time saying "hi," to the animals, and singing/dancing with the music teacher. He thoroughly enjoyed the outside play area with the play equipment, trucks, balls etc. Francis also had a good time playing in one of the classrooms and doing some art work. The staff was very encouraging and kind!
Improvements:
We had a wonderful time at Curlers!

the instructor was super friendly. kids liked it a lot.
Improvements:
We attended with 6yrs, 2 x 8yrs, and 9yrs old. Mostly 6yrs old girl enjoyed most, but because she was there, 8 yrs old girl enjoyed too. but the activities was't entertained for 8yr & 9yrs old boy. I think, that activity was for 3-7yrs old.
