Take note! Students ages 4–10 will learn to build and play miniature musical instruments in this week of cacophony and creativity! Working with repurposed and recycled materials, students will assemble small-scale music-makers, drumming canvas paintings to the beat, and sound based art. Planned projects focus on tunes + tones, the sounds of the city, and inspirational artists of our time. Come to pick up prepared for the possibility of a culminating flash performance!

The program schedule offers:

• Full Day creative program from 9am–3pm
• Rotating design themes led by teaching artists + professional educators
• Outdoor art-making or field trips to nearby studios + galleries (location dependent)

Artwork Pickup Policy:  We encourage Minni participants to take artwork home with them when they leave their activities, unless artwork needs to dry and cannot be transported. All artwork not picked up within two weeks of after the activity will be recycled.
