The Junior Counselor program is a volunteer program for individuals ages 12-17 who are interested in working with kids and enjoy spending time in the outdoors. Volunteers are an integral part of everything we do at the Gardens! As a volunteer, you will learn valuable leadership and job skills and have the opportunity to be part of a fun, hard working staff.
Junior Counselors practice leadership skills by assisiting Lead Counselors with a group of 12-18 campers each week. Campers range in age from 3-8 years old, depending on which group you are assigned to.
