Cancellation and Refund Policy
-Yearly memberships can be paid in full or on a monthly basis. Families who choose to pay in full for the year will enjoy a discounted rate equivalent to 11 monthly payments, receiving the 12th month free.
-Monthly payments are billed on a monthly basis, starting on the day you enroll.
-All Open Play membership payments are non-refundable and non-transferable to other programs or families.
-Any changes in account information or termination of recurring payment authorization must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to the next billing date.
