Class Experience
In this small class, children will be exposed to the Portuguese language in a fun and relaxed immersion environment. Students will explore the language through art, games, literature, theatre, pretend play, nature exploration and more!
This class will be conducted in Portuguese.
Class Requirements
- Students do not have to be fluent, but some experience with Portuguese is required. This class is not appropriate for complete beginners.

Julia T.
Julia Terra-Salomão recently graduated from Brown University with a B.A. in education studies and Portuguese & Brazilian studies. Growing up in central Massachusetts in a Portuguese household, her passion for language learning blossomed through her experience learning Portuguese as a heritage speaker. After learning ASL at college and becoming a teaching assistant, Julia knew she wanted to help share this love of languages with others! In her free time, she loves to crochet, make art, and read.
