Our 90 minute My Birthday Era SwiftTea Party includes:
Things to do: Have a photo shoot with a Taylor Swift background and props! Dress up in fancy dresses and shoes (optional.)

Plus themed party games if time allows: choose freeze dance, bingo, karaoke or limbo.
High Tea It's a tea party! Themed table linens and centerpieces. Pink lemonade or apple juice will be served as “tea” along with fresh fruit and veggie straws. You may also choose to offer a cake or cupcakes. (choose as add-on at checkout)
Birthday Card Each guest has a chance to sign and draw a picture for the birthday girl's special card.

~$100 nonrefundable deposit required at booking.
~Due to the custom nature of the party packages, you will be charged for the number of guests booked. Guest list will be confirmed 48-72 hours prior to party date.
~Final invoice MUST be paid no later than 2 days before the party.
~Guests should be dropped off no more than 10 minutes before party start time.
~All parties are 1.5 hours long (Each additional scheduled 1/2 hour is $35.)
~Saturday & Sunday start times are 2:00pm and 4:00pm
~Weekday start times are available upon request.
~You are welcome to bring in food and beverages for your scheduled event. (No alcohol at children's parties.) You will need to supply all utensils and paper products.
~One tablecloth will be provided on the cake table (An additional tablecloth can be added to the gift table for $3.00).
~Access to the party room is 15 minutes before party start time to set up additional party decorations and MUST be completed prior to party start time.
~Room must be vacated promptly at the scheduled time. Automatic additional fee of $50/hour will be charged.
~All additional decorations MUST be dropped off prior to day of party.
~No Pinatas
~**If requesting off-site party, customer will be responsible for providing seating/tables along with coverings for guests. There will be a traveling fee of $100 added to cost as well as $5 per mile over 15 miles from store location.
~Cancellation policy:
Within 24hrs after booking = studio credit for full deposit
1 – 2 weeks prior to party date = studio credit for 1/2 deposit
Less than 1 week / no show = deposit forfeited
