Caregiver & Me Dance Jam is a great intro to dance, movement and song! We will be moving to popular nursery rhymes, fun kids tunes and working on developing dance language, motorskills, body control, and getting acquainted with being in the studio! This is an accessible class open to all. We will use props like egg shakers, scarves, and drum sticks. 

It is a 45 minute dance party with stretching, freeze dance, fun dance games and songs and a disco light show at the end of every class.
