Welcome to your fabulous party! Your event includes 2 hours of studio use time, plus a half hour at the beginning for set up and a half hour afterwards for tear down. OFVS staff will be on site 30 minutes prior to your event to open up and help with set up. OFVS will provide 1 staff member to unlock the room and help troubleshoot any needs during the event. OFVS has party lights and a bluetooth speaker that are all available for use. The facility is shared with other groups so the party and all attendees must be contained within the studio and the hallways/bathrooms need to be quiet/respectful zones. Use of the playground equipment outside is weather dependent and guardian supervision is required at all times.
OFVS can also provide tables and chairs upon request!
Party booker is responsible for all other elements of the party as well as clean-up. Food is allowed but needs to be thoroughly cleaned up by the end of the party time. Any paper products/tablecloths/cutlery/cups/etc need to be provided and disposed of by the booker.
Party Booker will need to provide a list of guests for us to submit to Project MOST for their records.

Contract and deposit required to book the space. All guests must adhere to the code of conduct for both Project MOST and Our Fabulous Variety Show.
