Memberships require a 3 month commitment and must be canceled before 14 days of autorenewal in writing. If we do not receive your cancellation in writing, your account will be charged automatically. In the event of a charge after receiving your cancellation request in writing, a refund or credit will be applied. Pausing your membership: Memberships may be paused for up to 1 month. If you wish to pause your membership, a return date must be specified. Once your reactivation date is reached, your account will auto-renew automatically.
