ADDS ON:
• Extra activity $15/child
• An additional 30 minutes can be added for $100
• Mini easel set favors $15 each.
Parents can bring food and drinks for the kids and their guests, we will set up a table inside or outside the studio and there is a sitting area for adults who choose to stay at the party.
A $200 dollar deposit will be required to finalize your booking. In the case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable 2 weeks prior to the party date.
The studio is available for parties on Saturdays between 2pm-6pm and and Sundays 11am-1pm and 3pm-5pm
*For offsite venue, additional $100 within 10 miles of the studio, and $10/additional mile.
* Offsite party duration is 90 minutes.
* Tables and chairs should be provided by the host.
*$55/additional guest.

The undersigned hereby waives and releases petit bizoo art studio Inc, its director, officers, and employees from all claims as to any and all injuries that may incur or sustain during the event at petit bizoo art Studio located in 17200 Ventura Blvd, Suite#208, Encino CA 91316. I accept full responsibility for any losses or damages to me or my children, however caused or alleged to be caused. I also understand photos of my child and my child’s art work may be taken and used in petit bizoo curriculum and media materials. I authorize teachers at petit bizoo to secure for the services of emergency transportation, a physician or a hospital in the event of accident or illness. I will be responsible for payment of all services.
