We have availability to schedule birthday parties on the following days and times:
- SATURDAYS from 12:30-2:30 pm and 3:30-5:30 pm
- SUNDAYS from 12:30-2:30 pm and 3:30-5:30 pm
The Premium Birthday Package includes everything in the Standard Package:
- 15 Children (with the Birthday Child)
- 2-hour private party with Unlimited Open Play
- One water/juice box for each child
- Party staff to assist with set-up and clean-up
- 1 GIFTED open play pass for the birthday child
PLUS:
- 4 pizzas from Da Nonna Rosa
- 15 cupcakes (chocolate, confetti cake vanilla)
- Decorations for the following themes: FairyLand, Under the Sea, Unicorn Sparkles, and Safari Jungle.
- Goodie Bags
$30 per additional child (MAX 25 kids)
$150 for special/different themes (please inquire about the themes we currently offer, thank you!)
$600 non-refundable deposit must be paid to secure the booking.
Please be advised that a gratuity of 15% of the total bill will be automatically applied to your balance. This policy ensures that our dedicated staff are fairly compensated for their efforts. We appreciate your understanding.

RULES:
- Each private party includes 2 hours of exclusive use of the PlayWell Brooklyn space, including play time on the equipment and singing Happy Birthday. The package also includes a half hour before and after the party for set up and breakdown of any additional decor you may bring in.
- An adult must accompany each child and sign a waiver for each child entering the PlayWell facility. No waiver, no play!
- $600 Non-refundable payment for booking is due when scheduling the party and any add-ons must be confirmed at least one week before the party. The remaining balance is due at the end of the event.
For everyone’s safety and due to liability reasons, no drinks in glass bottles will be served or allowed on the premises.
OTHER FORBIDDEN ITEMS INCLUDE:
-Nuts (we are a nut-free facility)
-Glass (bottles, plates/bowls, more)
-Cotton candy
-Confetti (even in balloons)
-Ring-pops
-Piñatas
-Glitter
-We suggest against bringing ice cream since we do not have a freezer

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that sometimes plans change. However, if you need to reschedule your party date or cancel the party within 14 days of the booking date, a $100 Change Fee will be applied. (This fee is in addition to the $600 non-refundable deposit you paid upon booking. To reschedule, the non-refundable deposit will be carried over to secure a new date for your party.)
