When you Play Your Way at Polkadot Play, you have our entire facility for two whole hours of fun for yourself and any friends you would like to bring along!
Our Polkadot Theme Package consist of a Polkadot Theme bash!! Polkadot Play will provide all the decorations and party paper goods. A Polkadot Play member will also set up and dismantle for you!! All you need to bring is the food!
This event consists of two hours of open-ended play in our gym and you can utilize our food-friendly front lobby to have a snack together. We do allow 10 minutes prior to your event time for set up and non-damaging decorating. Max participant group is 25 guests with a starting amount of 10 children.
In addition, when you Play Your Way the guest of honor gets a FREE goody bag which includes a Sensory Toy plus some other bonus goodies!

* Enough plates, napkins, forks for 25 guest
* Decorations (Birthday Banner, Wall Decor, Table Decor)

* Small Bluetooth Speaker
* 1 Staff Member on site

Included in price is a $50 Cleaning Fee
Headcount:12 Children with a max of 25 party guest (Can request additional headcount)
Duration:2 hours plus 10 minutes setup time (Can request additional time)
Saturday 11:30-1:30 pm, 3:00 pm-5:00 pm, 5:30-7:30
Sunday 11 am-1 pm or 2:30-4:30 pm
A $150 deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be sent via invoice to your email and is due 7 days before your party date.
Cancellation: One date and/or time reschedule up to 2 days before the event is allowed at no cost. Additional rescheduling may be subject to a $15 fee. Cancellations up to 14 days prior to the event are eligible for a deposit refund.
All other cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Taxes will be added to the price of your party when the final balance is due.
