Great topic, very relevant. At 30k feet, it is a beginning level of education about peri/menopause. It gives people a starting point.
Improvements:
For me, the info is too basic. I’m looking for more in depth info about causes of /range of symptoms. More comprehensive advice about diet, movement, and mental health solutions. On another note, it felt like an open minded “western medicine” approach. I’m looking for more functional info - correlations/anecdotes bw mental health and physical symptoms. Supplements/diet. Alternative treatments (acupuncture, saunas, etc). Side note, def emphasize the no shoes policy. My bare feet were cold :)

Sue runs the class in a magical way that makes everyone feel comfortable, heard and most of all that they belong to a new community. There is so much thought, care and wisdom in each session from the setup to the dialogue. This was an invaluable experience that I would recommend to any new parent.
