The chef instructor is kind, engaging and encouraging. All of the participants seemed to be happy and enjoyed being part of the class.
Improvements:
It would be great to receive an email including the notes about the recipe completed that were posted in the chat after the class. The recipes including in the class PDF include most of the info, but not all. If a student were to return to that PDF and the recipes contained therein, they might not have all of the info needed to replicate what they did in class.
