The intention put into this class by Ainslee! The connection with music and all the aspects together that created a safe space to heal and release!! I was able to shed blissful tears multiple times during the session thorough guiding my breath to different areas of my body! Memories would arise that I haven’t seen in a long time! Such a powerful restorative session!
