Everyone’s warm and welcoming personality. Miss Carla’s assertiveness towards the kids. It was my daughter’s first time and she didn’t have her water bottle with her. Miss Carla recognize she didn’t have one and gave her water so she didn’t feel left out.

The delivery. The instructor made it fun and engaging. She made it easy for children and moms to understand. I accompanied my daughter and granddaughter to the session and we were very pleased
