Michele is truly a child whisperer (especially impactful for shy/reserved children)! Classes are engaging, super fun and fitness-positive. My 3yo daughter started asking for another Zing! class an hour after our first one ended :)

My son is 3, so on the younger side for the classes, but he was able to maintain fairly good focus throughout and had a lot of fun. The instructor was very engaging and adapted on the fly to my son's "additions" like instead of a magic pot from Aladdin he wanted it to be a magic fire truck and the teacher rolled with it. He's been asking to do another class!
Improvements:
I would personally add a little more dancing to it and a little less stretching. My kid really enjoyed the music!

We loved Coach T. He was very engaging and our daughter loved him. The timing was also perfect for her attention span and it was a great intro to working out!
