We can help troops earn art badges and patches, from Daisies to Ambassadors. We offer scheduled 60-90-minute workshops (depending on the project) every 1st and 3rd Thursday, from 4:15-5:45pm, which provide ample time to explore the different subjects all while having lots of Girl Scouts fun!

BROWNIES – PAINTING, Students will observe painting in Art History and explore painting techniques including watercolor, acrylics, and painting with different tools. Using their imaginations, they are free to create both abstract and realistic paintings on different surfaces and take their masterpieces home.
BROWNIES – POTTERY (OPTION 1)
Option 1: Sculpting with Air Dry Clay
Students will be introduced to air dry clay and take a short historical journey into sculpting. They will create and design their own pieces according to the troops' choice of theme. Creations can be taken home the same day and will dry on their own. Cost: $25/participant, all materials included,
BROWNIES – POTTERY (OPTION 2)
Option 2: Hand-Building With Clay 2-Part Workshop
Students will learn ceramic hand-construction techniques to create their own clay project that will be glazed (painted) and fired.
Cost: $25-$30/participant (depending on project), all materials included,
Session 1:
Aspiring potters will make their own clay project including designing and decorating. Project theme will be decided prior to booking, and the class time frame will range from 1.5
Session 2:
Students will glaze their own ceramic pieces and learn decorating techniques. All pieces will need to be fired in our off-site kiln and will be picked up at a later date.

JUNIORS – DRAWING
Students will practice line and value techniques, explore a variety of drawing mediums utilizing different pencils and paper types, draw to music, partake in timed drawings, and use their imaginations to create during free draw time. All creations are theirs to take home.

JUNIORS – JEWELRY
Students will learn the basics of wire and beaded jewelry making, including the use of jump rings and turning beads into jewelry with basic wire working techniques. They will be able to create multiple post & wire dangling earrings, rings, bracelets, and necklaces. No previous experience required, and all creations are theirs to take home.
