Reservation and Payment Policy:
To reserve your date, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining 50% due on the day of the party. We are very flexible with changes to the party date, but we require at least 24 hours' notice to accommodate such requests.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Clients may change the party date with at least 24 hours' notice. This includes changes due to weather conditions.
If the client cancels more than one week before the party date, the company will provide a full refund.
If the client cancels less than 72 hours before the party date, a refund will be provided, minus a $50 administrative fee.
