Well weight is not your average weight loss venture; it is a semester long class where we focus on the different facets of health that inhibit your body’s ability to find and maintain it’s ideal healthy shape and weight. While you will learn a ton in each of the classes this semester. This isn’t your average class. We will not be giving you information and then left to your own to figure out how to implement, but instead be working together through each step, week by week to put into place and check in with what we are working on.
Each week we will focus on a different aspect to build on to help your body reduce inflammation, water weight, and other symptoms that build on top of each other as we move through life. We will be peeling back these layers to help your body get to a place where you are shedding the weight and other unnecessary burdens that you have been holding on to.
We will also be doing biofeedback and other health modalities throughout the classes that tie to what we are learning to help you along the journey of naturally shedding weight as you progress through the class and work on finding your way back to the you you’ve felt inside.

Bring a notebook, writing utensil, comfy clothes and a can do attitude (or at least a smidgen of hope & curiosity).
Classes are non-refundable but we are happy to transfer your credits towards another class.
