The Renew membership is our introductory level, thoughtfully crafted for new members who are just beginning their postpartum journey or exploring our supportive community. This tier, symbolizing fresh beginnings and the potential for growth, mirrors the early stages of motherhood and the foundational bonds formed within The Herd. With Renew, you’ll have access to one weekly group session, a weekly coffee & connection drop-in and one annual workshop—providing the perfect balance of guidance and connection as you start your journey with us.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Member Portal: Log in to your member account on our website and submit a cancellation request through the designated cancellation form. Please include your full name, membership ID, and the reason for cancellation (optional) in your cancellation request. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, members must submit their cancellation request at least 14 days before their next scheduled billing date. Our monthly memberships are billed in advance and are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, nor refunds for months unused with an open account.
