As our most premium membership, Radiate provides unparalleled access and support. Enjoy up to four classes or group sessions per week, five drop-in coffee and connection gatherings, and three enriching workshops per year. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Member Portal: Log in to your member account on our website and submit a cancellation request through the designated cancellation form. Please include your full name, membership ID, and the reason for cancellation (optional) in your cancellation request. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, members must submit their cancellation request at least 14 days before their next scheduled billing date. Our monthly memberships are billed in advance and are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, nor refunds for months unused with an open account.
