Event Flexibility:
*No restrictions on outside food.
*Access to a fridge for cold storage and a coffee machine.
*Suitable for birthday parties, baby showers, business meetings, and more.
***Enjoy 15 minutes of setup and 15 minutes of takedown included at no extra charge – that's one hour free!****

*Free, easy parking right at the door.
*Both rooms are rented together for maximum space and convenience.

The cost is $100/hour lounge plus a $90 flat rate cleaning fee.
There is a 2 hour rental minimum. For the event duration, You will also receive an additional 15 min of set up and take down at no additional charge.
Toys, furniture, music system, etc. is included in the rental.
You can bring in food at no additional charge.
If you choose to serve alcohol, you will be responsible for procuring a banquet license. (It's just $10 and easy to acquire)
To book, you must a pay 20% security deposit which is fully refundable provided no damage and 50 % of the rental fee upfront.
Included in all rentals is a 3.5% service fee.
