Studio Room A is a blank canvas. It is 600 sq ft and is could be ideal for a training, workshop series, retreat, fitness class, photoshoot or kids birthday party. Or, maybe it’s pouring and you just want place to meet some friend and let your kids to run around.

The cost is $70/hour for the studio room plus a $50 flat rate cleaning fee.
There is a 2 hour rental minimum. For the event duration, you should also account for set-up time and clean-up time.
Toys, furniture, music system, etc. are included in the rental
You can bring in food at no additional charge.
If you choose to serve alcohol, you will be responsible for procuring a banquet license. (It's just $10 and easy to acquire)
To book, you must a pay 20% security deposit which is fully refundable provided no damage and 50 % of the rental fee upfront.
