Cancellation and Refund Policy
Easy cancelation terms - cancel any time by calling us or emailing at team@theplaylabny.com.
Membership fee is non-transferable and non-negotiable. Any perks and benefits included in the membership cannot be replaced with different options or replaced with credit or refund.
Toddler classes are subject to availability - book your spots in advance.
Validity period cannot be modified once membership is purchased. This applies to any extensions or freeze option.
Membership privileges cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions and deals.
General rules apply to all members.
