"Hideout" Birthday Party
Join us for a sweet and simple birthday celebration at The Village Project in our "Village Hideout" - aka detached garage space that has been converted to a play and event space!
Basic Bday Party includes:
- 90 min. celebration in our party space
- Basic play setup tailored to the age of the bday little one
- 1 energetic and engaged assistant to support the setup, cleanup and overall flow of your party
- Option to use our neutral, kid-friendly plates/cups/silverware to minimize waste
Party hosts are invited to:
- bring their own decorations and outside food
- participate in the setup and cleanup of your party with our help
- engage with children and support the care of our space and each other throughout the party
- help us minimize single use plastics by choosing compostable/reusable materials (when possible)
We are eager to help you host a fantastic party so please let us know if there is anything more we can do to help!

We require a non-refundable $100 deposit upon booking to reserve your party date and time.
If you need to change your party date, we will do our best to accommodate with two weeks notice of your original party date.
