Beginners welcome! Come enjoy a supportive studio environment as you learn to render the human form. For continuing artists, refine and sharpen your understanding of drawing technique through regular practice, warm up sketches and longer poses. We will work with a live nude model most classes; a few classes (2-4 depending on semester length) will be model-free and used for technique exploration. A balance of one-on-one as well as whole group instruction is conducive to a learning environment of all experience levels from beginner to advanced to feel comfortable and gain a personal understanding of the concepts at one's own pace.

Student's will purchase most of their materials. This class has an additional materials fee for shared studio materials including spray fixative, watercolor paper, etc.
