Art Entrepreneurs

Learn how to create and sell your own creative products! Students come up with an art-based business for themselves, such as:

• Greeting cards and stationery
• Paintings, illustrations and art prints
• Stickers
• Clay figurines, charms, keychains
• Zines
• Jewelry
• Designs for T-shirts and other merchandise

Classes are spent brainstorming a business name, logo, packaging... and creating their products!

They’ll also learn about:

• Selling on Etsy and other sites
• Branding, marketing and advertising
• Licensing their creations
• Pricing, cost and profit
• Utilizing Print on Demand for stationery items, art prints, clothing, home decor, and more!

On the last day of class students will share their products and receive a printed “screenshot” of their mock Etsy shop that includes their business name and branding. They will leave with the know-how to open an Etsy shop if they choose to do so.

Art Entrepreneurs is a supportive, nurturing environment with an expansion mindset. All materials are included, just bring your creativity!
