Hop on a Wump and zoom into the zany world of Dr. Seuss! "Dr. Seuss on the Loose" is a summer camp for grades 1-4 (ages 6-10), where Sneetches strut, the Lorax leaps, and Thing 1 and Thing 2 tumble through a week of wild stories and art. We’ll dive into the wacky, wonderful tales of Dr. Seuss, stirring up crafts, giggles, and a little mischief—topped off with a laid-back showcase to share our Seussian spree!

Each day, campers will:

• Meet Seuss stars like Horton with his big heart, the fuzzy Lorax guarding fluffy “truffula” trees, or Sneetches prancing with flair—then whip up art like starry bellies, twiggy tree hats, or red-and-blue capes for twin troublemakers.
• Spin their own Seuss-y stories—maybe a tale of a whale-hearing elephant, a grumpy green guardian of the groves, or a pair of wild Things bouncing through town—and act them out in playful romps.
• Fill the week with silly songs, rhyming games, and messy masterpieces, all inspired by the Cat’s hat, green eggs, or a speck that needs saving, wherever our imaginations roam.

No fuss, just fun—by week’s end, we’ll throw an informal showcase for families, sharing our Seuss-tastic creations with a bounce, a rhyme, and a grin. From Thneeds to elephants, Sneetches to Things, it’s a celebration of Dr. Seuss’s zingiest dreams!
