Class Experience

In this one-hour weekly class, instructor Leah will create a peaceful space where children can connect with their bodies and minds through fun and engaging yoga poses. This class blends the joy of play with the benefits of yoga, offering kids a chance to explore movement, relaxation, and mindfulness.

Each week, your child will experience:

  • Age-appropriate Yoga Poses: Fun and easy poses that improve posture, teach breathing techniques, and boost confidence by helping children better understand their bodies.

  • Cooperative Games & Teamwork: Engaging yoga games that focus on balance, coordination, and teamwork, all while having a blast!

  • Nature Connection (Weather Permitting): When possible, we'll take the practice outside, enjoying fresh air and grounding ourselves with nature.

Each class offers a playful and calming experience that helps kids develop both physical and emotional well-being.

* We offer yoga mats for $12 if your child does not already have one.
