1. Wikiup reserves the right to refuse admittance to any person or group at its sole discretion.
2. No amplified or live music is allowed.
3. No outside alcohol is permitted at any time.-- NO GLASS ALLOWED.
4. All federal, state and local laws with regard to food and beverage consumption are strictly adhered to. All alcohol must be consumed in the designated areas. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND allowed inside the swim center.
5. No animals or pets.
6. All groups agree to leave the area clean or to pay Wikiup an additional $100.00 cleaning fee.
7. All catering firms must supply Wikiup with a certificate naming Wikiup Tennis and Swim Club as an additional insured prior to the reservation date.
8. All outside catering firms must clean up after themselves.
9. All groups are to provide Wikiup with a certiticate naming Wikiup Tennis and Swim Club as an additional insured prior to the reservation date. It is agreed that the client will be responsible for any damage to club property by the client, their guests or other agents of the client.
10. To allow for proper staffing, please notify Wikiup of your guest count seven days prior to your event, if it is significantly different from your initial minimum guarantee.
12. Final payment of your minimum guarantee is due, in full, seven days prior to your event. Additional guests may be paid for on the day of event.
13. CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to the high demand of site accommodations, site fees are non-refundable.
14. Wikiup Tennis and Swim Club has outdoor facilities and cannot be responsible for inclement weather. It is the responsibility of the client to make arrangements for poor weather conditions. Please plan accordingly.
