A nonrefundable deposit of $250 is required to secure your event date. A $150 surcharge is applied for custom personalization which accounts for the extra time, planning and materials invovled in tailoring a unique experience. We kindly ask that you provide at least 2 weeks notice for personalization. Birthday parties canceled within 1 week of the event date are non-refundable ( No exceptions )
