A special one-day yoga camp with yoga, mindfulness, crafts, and fun!
Sample Class Format
- What's a day at Yama camp?
- 9:00 -9:30 - Drop-offs and warm up activities/crafts
- 9:30 - 10:30 - Yoga, including poses, introduction to the language of yoga, and mindfulness
- 10:30 - 10:45 - Snack
- 10:45 - 11:30 - Craft
- 11:30 - 12:15 - Yoga and yoga games
- 12:15 - 12:45 - Lunch
- 12:45 - 1:00 - Get ready to go to the park!
- 1 :00 - 2:15 - Meditation and play at Willard or Sand Park in Berkeley
- 2;15 - 2:30 - Walk back to the studio
- 2:30 - 2:45 - Savasana (final resting pose)
- 2:45 - 3:00 - Pack up, and free time (for those not in aftercare)
- Aftercare
- 3:00 - 5:00 - Snacks and free play
