Loved:
The food, the pace, the instructor, the dining table, and the wine! We did another couples cooking class from a different company and they did not serve wine and you had to stand and eat at your cooking station. This Cookology class was much better!
Improvements:
The only thing that could be improved would be to have a little more room for the burners. They were placed on a side counter with only room for one person per couple to cook at a time. Would feel more like a "date night" if we were at the burner together too.

The instructor was super friendly and he did a nice job of teaching us several techniques. It was fun to learn some new cooking skills.
Improvements:
The food was good but a bit rich. I think it would have helped for the instructor to go over exactly what we were making first and then provide options for a lighter version.

Improvements:
Finding a way for amateurs not to use too much butter. My dishes were a little greasy (granted that's on me, but I normally wouldn't eat that much butter, lol!)
